Dear Veterinary Assistant:

Posted on

When I called to check on the status of my cat, you were really rude. He is a very important part of my life and I do not think that it was unreasonable to call once in the morning and once in the evening to check his status. I am scared and worried. Could you have been a little less of a bitch? I just asked how he was doing. I didn’t expect a twenty five page status report. Just a “he’s doing fine… thanks for checking on him” or a ” hes a bit tired, but thats normal…” would have been fine. I totally know that you are lying when you say that you were just in the recovery room checking on him. I hope that if something ever goes wrong with someone that you love, the people handling the situation treat you way better than you have treated me. No one deserves rudeness when they are scared.

Just wanting this to be over.

About Bridget

One day, Johnny Cash said that he was "...gunna write a tear stained letter..." If it was good enough for The Man in Black, its good enough for me. I love the idea of a letter and, though I send and receive so few of them in my daily life, I still feel that they are a great way to communicate. Especially for someone who has nerves that can sometimes malfunction. A letter allows me to say everything that I need and want to say. I am in love with letters. That makes every letter that I pen a "love" letter. Even that nasty one that I wrote to my X-best friend in the seventh grade. <3
